• Persona:

Nōet's life is sets up as an investment plan, in a way he manipulates people because he will budge to no one, its either his way or not. In a sense, this touches on his dominant nature. He does not ask for much, though when he provides he does so fruitful and plentifully without being taunted needs or wants, he simply knows and does so because its in his nature to provide. Then again, when he does ask and makes his requests he expects them to be done effortlessly, flawlessly and without so much of a trace that you were even their except to fulfill what was tasked of him. Since he's made his investment, he expects to be paid and with interest or to the least some finesse, and if not… Well, the pain exerted at his expense will be beyond the sensory limits of even the toughest of individuals and once that last ounce of effort is on the verge of being expended clinging on to the very essence of what makes up their life… He'll simply release and from the gathered experience is unique to each, but one can only be hopeful that the lesson be learned…Thus, in that sense he'd be sounding more conceded than anything, yet that's just the manor of his dominance that he displays when have taken an interest into certain people.

Being a Blacksmith is in Nōet's blood, starting with his great-grandfather the knowledge he's amassed dates back four generations. Do not ever call him a Blacksmith, he prefers the term Smith, if you have to ask prepare to for the consequences…To each their own, but Nōet uses the art of Forging Metals as a creative outlet to channel his need for control and dominance, the medium whether it be human or metal made no difference. Each item made by his hand his own creation and held to the utmost degree during inspection, those that do not are not seen from again because his craft - his art needed to be of the highest caliber matched by none if he truly wanted to keep the cogs of one of the central parts of his investments in motion. An extension of being the one that creates the weapons is that he must test them, in his spare time this is what he can be found doing. Bukijutsu was just another form to be controlled, yet one that would not happen in a day or even a week or a year simply because their were so many styles that were to be learned, thus he disciplines himself to master each style if it is within his limits to be wielded.

Having grown up looking for metals and different types of ores that could be used in the families business he grew accustomed to learning about geology and the earth, by extension he grew increasingly aware of his surroundings making note of things most wouldn't often at times when there is no reason for a cat to be sitting on the bar stool two tables away from a man who had just picked his nose before passing a soy sauce bottle to his wig toting presumably wife. Honestly, his perception is amazing especially towards oddities, but in an open space it is beyond wonders and to him its nothing special just an observation.

Dishonoring his families name is probably his biggest fear as well as something he draws the most strength from, he worked so hard to return the family name to glory only to have it spat on again, but even in the face of adversary he did what he had to make sure that revenge was in the Leō'Tōrō name. Saying anything negative toward, about, or in reference to his family is sure fire way to piss off Nōet and such an act is punishable by death.

• Special Characteristics:

  • Name:  Alchemic Human Ore
    Rank: C | B | A | S
    Requirements: Magnet Release
    Type: Spiritual
Description: Nōet Leō'Tōrō has a unique body structure some deemed alchemic in the sense that the more of an  iron intake that is absorbed by his body the more heavier he becomes due to a series of elements found upon the periodic table that are produced and carried upon his hemoglobin and myoglobin from his bone marrow and throughout his bloodstream, as the elements are cycled throughout the body they come to be attached to the various bones organs muscles and tissues which in turn makes him physically more dense and substantially heavier than the standard human being. The chemical elements Au (Gold), Ga (Gallium), Hg (Mercury), Rb (Rubidium), Cs (Caesium) are produced within Nōet's body and when extracted are released in liquid form, the only exception to this is Au which comes in the form of a great quantity of dust from the orifices and pores upon his body.

Au (Gold) | Due to the form and quantity that he produces, Gold Dust has been incorporated into the main part of Nōet's fighting style. Known for its weight when the dust is compacted or bonded together, anything touching the element will receive a debuff of -1 to Speed.
Ga (Gallium - C Rank) | Like the other elements that he produces Gallium is a metal extracted in liquid form and is considered of the most versatile of them all because at any temperature it will remain liquid. In the event that an opponents chakra is lower than Nōet's when their Suiton | Water technique comes into contact with this element then it will absorb the oxygen from it and leaving behind only hydrogen gas.
Hg (Mercury - B Rank) | In base form Mercury is a metal in liquid form, though also it serves a purpose in the form of a gas.
Rb (Rubidium - A Rank) | Rubidium is one of Nōet's more dangerous elements due to the nature of its explosive properties, though this only occurs if his chakra is higher than an opponents when the elements comes into contact with large quantities of hydrogen commonly found in the water of Suiton | Water Release techniques. The explosion that occurs is pressurized which causes the shockwaves to travel throughout the body of water and potentially to a source.
Cs (Caesium - S Rank) | Unlike the other metals that are produced from his body Caesium is the only one of them all that is combustible. In the event that an opponents chakra is higher than Nōet's when a Suiton | Water Release technique comes into contact with this element the hydrogen will be absorbed and anything in contact or submerged will be engulfed in flames instead of water.

The extraction and manipulation of these metals from the ore that is his body is done through the utilization of Jiton | Magnet Release techniques, though Au (Gold) is constantly being extracted in fine dust form from Nōet's pores. The Gold Dust that pours from his pores has a psionic bond to Nōet and as a result he can manipulate its movements and shape with his mind, but constructs do no harm unless used in tandem with techniques. To extract the other metals from his body an incision must be made that draws out his blood. When the blood is in the presence of Jiton | Magnet Release the metal is extracted and utilized as necessary, though outside of the presence of this element the metals begin to take on a liquid form that is in fact Nōet's blood before after a single post completing the metamorphosis into dust.

C Rank | 20 M - Range and half of this stat is how much of the element they have in possession per topic.
B Rank | 40 M - Range and half of this stat is how much of the element they have in possession per topic.
A Rank | 60 M - Range and half of this stat is how much of the element they have in possession per topic.
S Rank | 80 M - Range and half of this stat is how much of the element they have in possession per topic.
    Open to the public: No

  • Name: Body of Ore
    Rank: C | B | A | S
    Requirements: Alchemic Human Ore
    Type: Physical
Description: Due to the presence of these specific elements ( Au, Ga, Hg, Rb, Cs) within his body Nōet's physical being becomes increasingly more heavy and dense as his body temperature increases. In the presence of heat and upon having a current of electricity passed throughout his body the metals throughout his bloodstream and bonded to his bones organs muscles and tissue will release and attempt at escaping through his pores but instead get bonded to each layer of his skin with the exception of the outer layer. With the presence of these metals layering underneath his skin Nōet effectively becomes not only heavier and denser, but also resistant to the damaging effects of either Katon | Fire Release techniques or Raiton | Lightning Release techniques in the event that his opponents chakra is lower than his own.

C Rank | +20 to Durability (Fire) or Strength (Electricity).
B Rank | +40 to Durability (Fire) or Strength (Electricity).
A Rank | +60 to Durability (Fire) or Strength (Electricity)
S Rank | +80 to Durability (Fire) or Strength (Electricity)

**Note: Only in Kazangakure does any of the (Fire) related buffs effect without the need of being engulfed in the element because of the natural heat of the active volcano in the environment.

Spoiler:
r]In his own words, "My story never started with me, rather instead with the founding of Kazangakure..." It was during these times that Nōet's great-grandfather was a simple blacksmith who made his living mining the ore from volcano as needed to craft the various shinobi tools in his shop in the central area owned by the Kazan Tribe. Despite in full knowledge of the destruction and bloodshed caused by their handcrafted weapons, the Leō'Tōrō men have always been pacifist and preferring not to engage in demonstrations of strength. As proficient as he was in crafting a weapon suitable for taking a man's life so to was he in executing the very act himself, these talents he would go on to pass down to his last living relative to walk the earth. The Leō'Tōrō were not shy of defending themselves, they just took pride in maintaining a confrontation-free space about them and the people they associated and did business with.

During the reign of the first Kazankage, like so many during that time, Nōet's great-grandfather detested the man because of the policies he inflicted upon the people. At one point the Kazankage entered the shop making demands of a new price on shinobi tools which had come out to be seventy-five percent less than the already set price. The Leō'Tōrō ancestor refuted the man's offering which only served to anger the Kazankage further, in his defense the income that he would recieve would not be sufficient enough to provide for his new wife and newborn son. The longer that the two were in each other's presence the more intense the situation became, and then, the first act of self defense was caused in reaction to the start of a series of hand signs. Or, so it's been told. Regardless of who initiated the first instance of a physical confrontation, the end result remained the same with Nōet's great-grandfather withdrawing and holding a kunai to the Kazankage's throat, a single drop of blood had been produced by the contact and from this exchange the severity of situation had been made clear. The two were alone within the shop, if he lost the slightest bit of his humanity the man's flesh would meet the cold steel, his life would be over and no one would be around to bare witness to this act of rebellion. Alas, his humanity was kept intact and without so much as another word exchanged between the two the Kazankage made his exit.

Dwelling upon thoughts of his own humiliation, the Kazankage went ahead with his shinobi army and although many lives were lost due to being ill equipped on the field of battle still persevered through the years long enough until enough currency was amassed as byproduct of undertook missions, overtime the shinobi equipped themselves and thus the currency continued to stay in rotation within the Leō'Tōrō household. In the waning five years that passed since the day of confrontation all seemed to be cordial between both parties, but little was it known that in the shadows the Kazankage plotted against the Leō'Tōrō ancestor, and thus by year three a secret project hidden from the publics eye went into production whose completion in the fifth year marked a day of tragedy for the Leō'Tōrō. Considered an act of god, the shop owned by the family caught a blaze that day and as it fell so to did Nōet's great-grandfather, in death he left behind a widow and a five year old son. The loss of her husband brought with it the loss of her sanity, their house, and the central mother figure needed for the proper development of a young boy struggling to cope with the brewing pot of hatred at the loss of not only his father, but also his entire family. This darkness came to overcome the Leō'Tōrō ancestor and he abandoned his mother, who'd gone forgotten his own face and gone insane, for the pursuit of a better life. Better, not legal..

The loss of his father had a great emotional impact on Nōet's grandfather, after running away at the age of seven he spent years traveling the world fending for himself as a street urchin all the while keeping his father's central message in mind of being a pacifist… With a twist… The Leō'Tōrō ancestor developed a means of magnetizing and demagnetizing objects carried by the people's person when he "bumped" into them, the result of his fortunate sticky fingers allowed him to never go hungry, yet at the same time he never took more than he needed. Money and ammunitions were never in short supply for Nōet's grandfather, but none of this compared to the hurt that he felt from the loneliness caused by the absence of his mother and father. Nights were rough, for sixteen years, nights were very rough… At 21 he had his first child. At 21 he killed his first man. The morals instilled in him as a child by his father long lost before this point, but here in the act of losing his humanity he had one last link to it. His son, and with his wife their had been complete. The development of this family was to pass down the product of his lineage, his death was all but surely on the rise as with each target killed he grew closer to developing a plot that would presumably be the death of him and what would hopefully be the death of the first Kazenkage.

Like a lightning bolt to the chest, Nōet's grandfather's world collapsed at the news heard around the world: The Kazankage had been assassinated. While the rest of the village rejoiced that the man's rule had come to an end the Leō'Tōrō ancestor felt very much the opposite, the purpose behind his heartache for twenty-five years and why he had gone to the brink of his humanity to devise a plot for revenge had been swept out from under him like a rug. For years Nōet's grandfather paid more attention to the hurt he felt from his stolen dreams than his own family, and like him as a child his own son would grow up without a proper father figure, though unlike his father he had grown to distance himself from his father holding on to his pacifist nature. The last time Nōet's father had seen his own father was just after he entered into the village academy, for months the man went both unseen and unheard of and for Nōet's grandfather this was perfectly fine with this, in the stories told of his grandfather did he find the male figure to replace the one lost to him.

By the time the man was heard of again Nōet had already been born and grown to the age of five with the world starting to make some sense to him growing up around his father's weapons shop, he knew no mother for she had died in labor and since then his father had shrunk to a metaphorical half of himself. One thing remained different from the men that had come before him, he never lost sight in his son, and even though he wasn't exactly the picture perfect father figure with his weakened state Nōet's father was always there for him. Nōet grew up hearing the grandiose heroics of his grandfather in opposition to the tyrant that ran the village and teetered on the path to becoming a ninja, his father would never approve of such actions with being a pacifist and all, thus he never joined the academy Kazangakure no Sato. Instead he grew up helping around the shop that his father had afforded to build in honor of Nōet's great-grandfather in his home country.

After all the years that passed in the wake of the weapon's shop owned by the Leō'Tōrō ancestors the project that had been a secret for so long had been revealed, a manufacturing factor for shinobi weapons. Pumping out hundreds upon hundreds of kunai, shuriken, senbon, and other basic weapons by the hour small shops like that owned by Nōet's great-grandfather would never be able to compete, thus why his father had to resort to the business of personalized custom weapon creations. Although it didn't make as much of a profit as it would without the presence of the factory, their income sufficed for just the two of them. The day Nōet first met his grandfather he learned the difference between a mercenary and a criminal, although deemed a criminal by the public Nōet saw his grandfather for who he truly was, despite the lives lost and destruction caused to the factory Nōet regarded his grandfather as much of a hero to him as his great-grandfather was for his rebellion to the first Kazankage's decrees. Instead of death the man was imprisoned for a several years before he was put to a public death, the name Leō'Tōrō had been slandered by the actions of Nōet's grandfather and for a few years Kazangakure refused the services of the shop and instead imported their arms and ammunitions from other villages.

The name Leō'Tōrō would not be shed in a better light until after Nōet entered the village's ninja academy and gone on to represent his village in the preliminary rounds of the Chūnin Exam, like his grandfather he had developed some incredibly stick hands… But, with a twist... Out of the eight contestants only two represented Kazangakure, Nōet Leō'Tōrō and Bau. The odds were low, but bets were steadily being placed of course more so in favor of Bau than of Nōet due to past circumstances, but of the outcome both children did their absolute best and moved on to the semi-finals. Though destiny had not it written for the two to face one another Nōet would advance to the Final Round instead of Bau and the people of his village and those of the others were forced to recognize him for his strengths and not the legacy that he came from. Despite how far that his opponent had come to reach this point of coming face to face with Nōet in the final round of the Chūnin Exams his talents were no match, it was from this display of the world that he first gained the title "Midas". Utilizing wit and intellect over raw aggressive power, Nōet outsmarted his opponent and allowed him to deal the final blow to himself with the end result of his own Katon | Fire Release technique reaching such high temperatures that it melted down the Gold Dust into liquid form which led to the boy's ensnarement and eventual death by way of asphyxiation due to a coating of gold. War between their Minor and Nōet's Major village was on the verge of breaking when they asked for their fallen shinobi to return with them, but Nōet refuted their request and instead offered a price in which they could pay to take him back. Obviously this was not within their plans and things grew evermore hostile, but to divert the aggression the people of their village acquired the currency and paid Nōet off. Citizens from villages from around the world and from his own, Kazangakure, were forced to respect the name Leō'Tōrō once again.

For a while all was well, after the exams new titles were presented, some more honestly worked for than others, and even the business at the shop resumed! With the destruction of the factory the Leō'Tōrō family Shop became the main source for Shinobi Tools and Personalized Custom Weapon Creations, and although he had been offered the rank of Chūnin and a chance to try out for their faction of the ANBU he denied both. His road to being a ninja ended with putting his father back in business, mission accomplished, now he could in peace live his life knowing he honored and served his great-grandfather and his father… Sometime later the 2nd Kazankage fell to the eternal sleep and to another she passed on her title to a man not many knew much about, but felt urged to believe in the decision made by the one overcame both the evil and the awakened beast of the sea into a three-way bout. For so long, the thought of being a ninja had been dampened by the peaceful life he had built, even his father and himself began to reconnect with their grandfather who had been set to imprisonment for the rest of his days, both entertained by the stories he told of his youth delving ever deep in the black market as a mercenary and about the organizations and factions that were behind some of the most heinous and catastrophic crimes of history. . .

Then one day, everything changed when the 3rd Kazankage decided to free up space in the local jail cells, Kazangakure had one of the most populated jailing facilities due mainly to thieves attempting to steal the rare metals and sometimes even gold in the aftermath of the volcano, over three hundred inmates served within the facility worked off their sentence by mining and performing manual labor for the village. Some would do it for months, others for years, but Nōet's grandfather was set to mine for life, something he was proud to do knowing that it helped to supply the business of his family. By decree of the Kazankage, these imprisoned men and women were to be put to death, the paperwork and execution of the decree went unannounced to the public, and by the time of Nōet's arrival there wasn't even a body to mourn over. The only solace that he found was in the items from his cell that were salvaged, though sentimental in value none of what he had now could take the place of his grandfather…

When he was alive the stories of Nōet's grandfather's adventures paved over the bloodstained past between the two and sparked the interest of a side of himself that Nōet thought never to fully appreciate due to the lack of honor that he found in being a shinobi. It wasn't until he revisited these stories did that spark illuminate the dark once again, within the pages of his grandfather's personal journal did he find his last entry. The contents had been long sealed away by an unknown Fūinjutsu, but a date remained in his grandfather's handwriting and it dated back to the night of the factory explosion. In Nōet's mind following the sign meant finding answers to why this all occurred, in return he found out more of the dark history of Kazangakure and a rebellious regime called "Ore" that had prophesized about the arrival of the "Golden Child". This possible investment was looking for a buyer, they had found one, and thus he played the part of their leader and since then Ore has been run more efficiently and smoothly than ever. Their IPO wasn't quite ready yet, in the meantime over the course of the years up until the current Ore has worked behind the scene gathering, trading, and investing in what was requested of them. In such a short time he became the Sannin that he deserved to be from the start, no other thrill topped it thus far, and because of this in truth he was the Sannin that the village did not want nor need, but they wouldn't know until it would be too late…

In the future, from the ashes of Kazankagure a new village would arise… One not founded by the raging of a volcano, but instead… Developed from an Ore, one with the key necessities to see that the village be sturdy to stand on its own.

The day was young, morning dew still occupied the blades of grass and leaves that were in abundance across the great village of Konohagakure no Sato. The rays of the early morning sun rising just over the monument of the previous, and most recently added new, Hokage streamed through the blinds of the one bed room flat apartment that belonged to a shinobi not native to these lands, his journey over the course of his life has led him to call The Village Hidden in the Leaves his home. The walls of the flat were bare, the room empty with the exception of an already made bed and a set of weights stacked together in the corner. The owner of the placed nowhere to be found within the room, but sounds from the only other door within the flat besides that of the one leading to the world outside indicated his location.

Without so much as a squeak the door swung open revealing the newest addition to Konohagakure's military ranks, Rōarku Puredetā. His well built frame was something extraordinary for shinobi of these lands, despite being 11 years of age the tonality of his body's muscle mass was on par with that of Jounin of this village, a gift among several other that he received through his lineage. Fresh from the shower, beads of water slowly accumulated on his bare chest before running down the lengths of his abs, also foreign to these lands was the caramel color of his skin tone unique to far off places in the Land of Lightning. As he walked away his left hand reached back closing the door behind him while his right began to playfully brush through the short blonde hair of his, the last bits of moisture from the morning's shower being slung around the room as he stopped before his weights. As routine the morning's workout was about to commence.

  • Dropping to the floor, fifty-five push-ups were to start. A set of regular, diamond, and Spiderman Push-Ups each.
  • Following this, Rōarku brought his arms together and rested on his forearms while elevating himself into a planking position. Three minutes ticked away on clock on his bedside table.
  • Rolling over onto his back, Rōarku began a set of crunches and sit ups at fifty-five a piece.
  • Propping up onto his butt with his feet and arms off of the ground, Rōarku began to twist to either side repeatedly. His hands came together to form a single fist which repeated to hit the ground until he had achieved fifty-five of each side.
  • The clock chimed again as three minutes and thirty-three seconds began ticking away, a set of jumping jacks occupied this time span before repeating the cycle of exercises thrice in succession, only then did the morning exercise conclude.

By the end of the morning's workout, per usual, the room had become something akin to a sauna. Certain characteristics of within the Puredetā lineage made possible for Rōarku to produce steam from the pores of his body, the morning's workout in collaboration with the steam naturally built up within his body tended to rapidly produce even more steam due to the rapid increase in temperature. For minutes Rōarku laid spread eagle across the floor looking up at the ceiling, although his body was exhausted from the workout his mind drifted in the sea of memories he acquired over his short life span. Memories of his brother in particular… In a matter of seconds he went from the floor and across the room to the window, a peculiar smell had alerted him of the arrival of a messenger bird. No sooner had he gotten their did the one foot wing span of a messenger bird fold inward outside the window, Rōarku slid the glass open and received the scroll within the holster of the birds back. Off it flew after receiving ruffling of the feathers on its' head, Rōarku's attention fell upon the scroll.

"Begin route in mastering the element of Water through gaining knowledge of Suiton | Water Release techniques…

The resting dog will still growl…"

No date, no signature, just simply instructions to follow and an odd saying. To those outside of the Foundation, it was meaningless, but to those who are or undergo initiation it was everything. The course of events that had followed up until reading the information within the confines of the scroll had become a daily routine over the course of three months since the boy known as Rōarku Puredetā gained residence within Konohagakure, every day the contents of the message were executed without question. The skills Rōarku possessed in addition to his silent nature and dying loyalty made him the ultimate soldier and tool for the Foundation, but to be used was not in his nature. Mission after mission worked in part for him as well, each simply a more refined training experience than the next, all of which working toward progressing himself until the Foundation's uses were no more.

At the age of eleven (11) Rōarku was not a force to be reckoned with, teamed with a remarkable display of logic and reason, biding his time was well to be worth the wait until the day that his quest in search of the extent of the life of a Shinobi was found. Yet, in the meantime a job to do was at hand, thus after gathering his belongings and putting on the right attire Rōarku left his flat in pursuit of mastering the Water Element.

The day had shown signs of progression, shadows from the many trees stretched across the village as the sun sat at its highest point in the sky marking mid-day. The noise of people scurrying to and fro completing their own personal tasks for the day filled Rōarku's ears as he leapt from rooftop to rooftop, the training grounds of the village marked his destination. A jet of steam followed him as he pushed off from the end of the last rooftop, distance he covered allowed the boy many moments in the air to take in the world around him. The world promised nothing, before he landed he could just taken his last breath, he could drop lifeless to the floor without another second expended. Thus, every second of everyday would be spent living like it would be his last. A cloud of dust erupted in the surrounding area as Rōarku completed his descent and landed on the earthen floor. He paused for a brief second in the crouched position obtained from landing, his senses one by one drawing in all within range, the information obtained from each coming together to form a sort of mental map.

"Clear…"

After checking to make sure that the scroll he picked up from the local store depicting the practice and use of the Water Element was still attached to his pouch, Rōarku darted off displaying the impressive skill for his age in the art of Taijutsu. In a matter of minutes he had arrived at the training grounds, a few shinobi bustled about practicing different fighting styles and displaying new jutsu to one another. Upon entering the grounds a nod was given and exchanged by Rōarku and the attending Jounin, a simple gesture indicating that he would begin training shortly, his whole purpose of being there was to ensure that serious injury or harm did not come to those taking part in the area. Crossing the length of the training grounds in even strides, Rōarku arrived at a smallish man-made pond, it's use would come in handy shortly in pursuit of learning the Water Element. His left hand unraveled the scroll to it's fullest length, it's interior depicting examples of getting started in learning the ways of Suiton | Water Release techniques.

"Fluidity… Breath work… The Push and Pull method… Hmm… This should take the no longer than two hours… Let's get it done in half the time… So long as the methods are kept in mind, let's start…"

Rather than jumping at the methods all at once Rōarku paced himself, breaking the training regiment into two parts. First, the motions of the push and pull method would be understood, there's was no need to revise proper breathing techniques for over the course of his life it had become a specialty. Thus, he outstretched his arms as depicted and continued through with the rest of the motions, all the while extending his chakra toward the ponds surface. In the midst of some of the motions steam emitted from Rōarku's arms, a few of those in the surrounding area glanced in his direction at the peculiar sight, but the boy paid no attention and continued his practice. His mind fixed on the completion of his task, anything that did not pertain to it was foreign at the moment.

For the better part of an hour Rōarku went through the motions to the best of his abilities as depicted on the scroll, over the course of the time his movements gained a certain fluid quality that he knew would only increase from there. A few bubbles began to pop on the surface before ripples turned into full on miniature waves. The basic concept of the Water Release element had been grasped, but putting it into practice in the form of jutsu would be the next accomplishment. A bench near by sat under a large tree whose leaves provided shade from the sun above, after some time it became occupied by Rōarku as he reflected on his minor training session. Although the moment's time was spent resting it wouldn't be long before he was right back up and at it again.

Approved, although please keep in mind that advanced elements do not count as Primary, Dominant or Secondary Elements. "Elements are also ranked by Main, Dominant and Secondary just like Specialities. In order to learn an Advanced Release, at least one of its Base elements must be Main or Dominant." That is direct from the Specialties and Element Rules.
